In Short

• Manage large scale projects E2E from initiation to closure, for enterprise customers.
• Enforce the Shield project framework methodology internally & externally while managing the project.
• Maintain direct contact with customers and build long term relationships.
• Manage project scope, plan and content control inbound and outbound.
• Manage risks and create the respective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Drive the organization to continuous improvement and learning mode.
• Proficient in analyzing project metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing large scale projects with enterprise customers.
• Experience in managing complex technical systems.
• Experience with working in global SW / Product companies.
• Strong multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work in a highly fast-paced work environment.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Relevant Academic background.
