Product Owner - Remote

Overview

As a Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of defining and delivering Shield’s leading surveillance solution features that address customer needs and meet business objectives.

In Short

• Own the backlog for Shield’s surveillance solutions.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories.
• Prioritize and plan the delivery of features.
• Collaborate with R&D, UX/UI, and stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer.
• Work closely with QA to ensure features meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Stay updated on market trends and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with surveillance or enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong analytical mindset.
