Overview

As an Account Manager at SHIELD, you will lead our expansion efforts in existing accounts by connecting with CXO-level decision-makers and driving value-based solutions.

  • Identify and resolve account success blockers.
  • Manage and escalate customer issues as needed.
  • Review account performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving client success.
