Overview

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for governing SharkNinja’s most critical master data domains: Product, Customer, and Supplier, with scope to expand to additional domains such as locations and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years in master data management or data governance leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.
• Strong expertise in ERP, PIM, CRM, and PLM platforms.
• Proven experience defining and implementing governance standards at scale.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders across functions.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance data.
• Knowledge of modern data stack technologies.
