SharkNinja is seeking a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Early Talent Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a full-time summer internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, employer branding, and program development to gain hands-on experience in early career recruitment.

In Short

• Work period: Early June 2025 through Late August 2025.
• Onsite 3 days per week in Needham, MA.
• Support key initiatives for the 2025–2026 early talent recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop marketing and branding materials.
• Design and build structured programming for interns and co-ops.
• Research best practices in early talent recruitment and present insights.
• Support the launch of rebranded Early Talent employee resource group.
• Contribute to planning and execution of Early Talent events.
• Build slide decks and visual presentations for initiatives.
• Share feedback to improve recruitment strategy and programming.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Availability to work full-time from June through August.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine interest in enhancing the experience for early career talent.
