Overview

The ROI Medical Records Specialist is responsible for processing release of information requests while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and providing excellent customer service.

• Process release of information requests efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (GED) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical records department preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to type 50 wpm.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly.
• Proven customer satisfaction skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
