Credit & Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

Sharecare is the leading digital health company that helps people unify and manage all their health in one place. We are looking for a competent Credit and Collections Specialist to help guarantee the company’s revenues by managing account balances and resolving billing issues.

In Short

• Handle collection and resolution of outstanding invoices.
• Resolve issues related to billing inquiries and disputes.
• Identify, research, and resolve collection issues.
• Assist with unidentified payment applications.
• Meet company deadlines for month-end close responsibilities.
• Update and improve documentation of policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Self-starter capable of adapting to fast-paced business needs.
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred).
• Experience in handling escalated research situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
