Overview

The Specialist Credit/Collections Analyst is responsible for deploying strategies to manage credit risks and collect outstanding customer balances, primarily focusing on accounts receivable for India Business Customer Accounts.

• Deploy strategies for credit risk investigation and collection of customer balances.
• Investigate creditworthiness of new customers and manage credit lines.
• Conduct financial statement analyses and evaluate data from various sources.
• Interact with external suppliers and agencies to maximize liquidation rates.
• Achieve accounts receivable targets and handle collections activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions for improvements.
• Lead meetings with key stakeholders to resolve issues related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain current status of accounts receivable resolution activities.
• Provide updates and status reports to stakeholders as needed.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable issues.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and customer contact experience.
• Strong organizational skills and PC proficiency.
• Understanding of India Taxation and GST.
• Experience with systems like RDS, DTS, and Oracle is desired.
• Ability to drive issues to resolution through project management.
