Credit & Collections Specialist/Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Credit & Collections Specialist/Analyst will be responsible for collecting balances, understanding customer issues, and guiding them to resolution while ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for customer support at AT&T.
• Handle payment options, bill charges, and overdue account payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Billing and Sales.
• Manage incoming calls from Business and Residence customers.
• Make outbound calls to collect delinquent bills.
• Record data using an online system while conversing with customers.
• Resolve discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Compute and quote adjustments and credit requirements.
• Take actions on delinquent accounts including service restorals.
• Perform related clerical work.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (B2-C1 level).
• Flexibility to work afternoon shifts (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM).
• 2+ years experience in Billing or Collection.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with PC/Windows.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
