BI Developer - Remote

Overview

The BI Developer will serve as a key analytics partner for Sharecare’s Carelinx line of business, delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions that improve operational visibility, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

In Short

• Build, refine, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Source, transform, and integrate data from multiple systems.
• Design, optimize, and maintain semantic models for reporting.
• Partner with business owners to translate questions into BI solutions.
• Monitor and enhance dataset and report performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data sources and reporting standards.
• Provide training and support to enhance Power BI tool adoption.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft BI stack required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
• 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience with SQL queries and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
