BI Developer - Remote

Overview

The BI Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports that support data quality and analytics solutions for both external customers and internal business users, utilizing tools like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, SQL, and AWS.

• Maintain and iterate on existing external BI products.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Product ownership of client-facing dashboards.
• Analyze maintenance with QA and numerical fluency.
• Build interactive visualizations to drive business decisions.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis, QA, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proficiency with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Palantir, or comparable BI tools.
• 2+ years of experience creating BI dashboards.
• Experience with database software (RedShift, SQL, MYSQL).
• Experience publishing and maintaining interactive BI dashboards.
• Ability to create complex custom calculations in BI tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, CS, Engineering, or related field.
