Overview

The Sales Executive, Field Evaluations/Field Labeling is responsible for sales of all SGS services applicable to Field Evaluations/Field Labeling.

In Short

  • Responsible for generating and closing leads and opportunities for domestic accounts.
  • Visits potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Develops and issues quotations and proposals, negotiates fees, terms and conditions.
  • Secures appropriate legal documents for client relationships.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal customers and support teams.
  • Assists in developing sales and marketing plans with sales manager.
  • Attends industry and trade show events for lead generation.
  • Prepares key sales reporting functions.
  • Acts as the lead person on preparing written proposals in response to RFPs.
  • Maintains knowledge of the SGS Group network and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred).
  • 10+ years of demonstrated sales success in professional services industry.
  • Advanced English language skills (Required).
  • Intermediate mathematical skills (Required).
  • Strong persuasive and diplomatic skills (Required).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly (Required).
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills (Required).
  • Project management and organizational skills (Required).
  • Strong service-oriented mindset (Required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Required).
