R&D Technical Writer (Level II) - Remote

Overview

The R&D Technical Writer (Level II) at SGS will be responsible for creating and reviewing documentation related to pharmaceutical products, supporting scientists in R&D, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In Short

• Write methods, protocols, reports, and SOPs for pharmaceutical products.
• Support R&D scientists in preparing necessary documentation.
• Review compendia changes and evaluate their impact on products.
• Collaborate with R&D personnel on method development.
• Document analytical findings in standardized report templates.
• Ensure timely availability of testing instructions.
• Act as a technical resource for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a pharma laboratory setting.
• Good understanding of analytical methods and documentation.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and regulatory guides.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
• Proven time management skills and attention to detail.
