Overview

The FSSC Key User acts as an expert and super-user for ERP and finance processes within the Finance Shared Service Centers (FSSCs), ensuring that global process standards are effectively translated into daily operations.

In Short

  • Act as ERP and finance process super-user within FSSCs.
  • Participate in UAT by validating new configurations.
  • Deliver training and create user guides for colleagues.
  • Support ERP rollouts and process migrations.
  • Identify recurring process issues and collaborate on improvements.
  • Monitor accuracy and compliance of transactional data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in finance operations within FSSCs.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and office productivity tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt; ERP functional certification.
  • Strong ERP super-user capability and testing/UAT experience.
  • Excellent training and coaching skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Adaptability to changing systems and priorities.
