Overview

The Master Data Integration Lead plays a critical role in safeguarding the accuracy, integrity, and governance of finance master data, ensuring that customer, vendor, and general ledger data meet the highest quality standards, which underpins the success of the global ERP platform and finance operating model.

• Ensure compliance of master data with global definitions and policies.
• Maintain governance processes for master data creation, change, and deactivation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Data Governance or ERP certifications.
• 5+ years of experience in finance master data management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion or similar).
• Data governance and master data management expertise.
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Attention to detail with high-quality standards.
• Ability to manage priorities in a complex, global environment.
