Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

CACI is seeking a Technical Writer to assist in producing, proof-reading, editing, and formatting technical documentation to support a government customer.

In Short

• Produce, proof-read, and edit technical documentation.
• Format various documents including manuals and proposals.
• Gather information and conduct research to convey technical material.
• Ensure compliance with configuration management standards.
• Coordinate quality-control activities for publications.
• Support creation and editing of graphic content.
• Participate in establishing guidelines for text and graphics.
• Conduct research on program subject matter.
• Work in a dynamic team environment.
• Utilize MS-Office and other relevant technologies.

Requirements

• BA/BS in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing.
• 2+ years of experience with MS-Office Product Suite.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and analytical.
• Experience with agile and cloud-related documents is a plus.
