Overview

The Proposal Coordinator I is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals within the Environmental, Health and Safety division of SGS in North America, focusing on accuracy, technical knowledge, and organization.

• Generates accurate quotes and proposals.

• Maintains content library in quoting platform.
• Continually develops personal selling skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Diploma/Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental science.
• 2 years of experience in technical sales or project management.
• 2 years of experience in the Environmental Industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Self-initiative and resource utilization.
• Extended hours may be required.
