IT Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month temporary contract. You’ll support global recruitment efforts with a focus on IT hiring in partnership with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and bring flexibility to also assist in other strategic business areas across SGS if required.

In Short

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and corporate roles.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior TA Partner and hiring managers.
• Source globally using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
• Provide flexibility to support hiring across other SGS business lines.
• Ensure a professional experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
• Work autonomously while keeping strong communication with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on international IT roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to deliver full-cycle hiring.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high-quality delivery.
• Excellent communicator who can adjust tone based on stakeholder culture.
• Comfortable working with autonomy while collaborating closely with teams.
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities and support hiring across business areas.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of recruitment's role in business growth.
• Curious and open-minded about SGS’s diverse business lines.
