Overview

The Human Resources Executive / Associate will provide essential HR services, manage training records, and ensure compliance with HRDF requirements while supporting various HR-related projects.

In Short

• Provide timely HR services to internal clients.
• Maintain training records and employee certifications.
• Monitor HRDC fund utilization and compliance.
• Manage vendor onboarding and evaluation.
• Source and coordinate external training programs.
• Perform data analysis and prepare training reports.
• Support HR projects and employee engagement activities.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions.
• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
