Overview

The Finance CoE Lead is responsible for leading the global Finance Center of Expertise, developing world-class capabilities in areas such as financial planning & analysis (FP&A), controllership, process governance, compliance, reporting, and digital finance.

• Shape the vision and operating model of the Finance Center of Excellence.
• Establish global best practices across core finance areas.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in global finance, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building finance Centers of Expertise.
• Deep expertise in finance processes such as FP&A and Compliance.
• Understanding of shared services and CoE–GBS operating models.
• Experience in designing finance operating models and performance systems.
• Strategic mindset with change leadership skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage senior leadership and foster collaboration.
• Passion for coaching and developing talent.
