Project Manager, GBS Operations & Business Support - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager, RBS Operations & Business Support, works closely with SGS businesses at global, regional and local levels to interpret, design, develop and implement their Global Business Support (GBS) projects.

In Short

• Establishes close alliances and working relationships with GBS operations centers and all business lines.
• Works with global, regional and local business managers to understand their needs.
• Assists with the development and documentation of new workflows.
• Ensures compliance with Affiliate regulatory requirements.
• Monitors implementation timelines and adherence.
• Develops and tracks GBS performance via KPIs.
• Identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Develops trust by providing timely responses to inquiries.
• Complies with all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University; technical field preferred.
• B2+ fluency in English, multilingual capability a plus.
• 5+ years of project management or consulting experience.
• At least 2 years technical or operational experience in a related area.
• Experience with IT data and/or systems management a plus.
