Overview

The Customer Care Specialist with Swedish will provide support to customer inquiries related to the OnTrack project, ensuring effective communication and workflow management.

In Short

  • Provide support to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Analyze and process customer claims.
  • Ensure effective process workflow and meet client expectations.
  • Assist customers in navigating the portal for data submission.
  • Manage documents and information received from clients.
  • Coordinate with inspection centers and various SGS departments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Swedish at a minimum B2 level.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain work organization.
  • Developed interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
