Overview

The Compensation Analyst I will support the administration of compensation programs that align with the North American compensation strategy while ensuring compliance, internal equity, and external competitiveness.

Requirements

  • University Degree in HR, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience focusing on compensation or benefits.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
  • Knowledge of HRIS and compensation tools/software.
  • Understanding of compensation topics like market pricing and job evaluation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with survey methodology and job evaluation systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
