Overview

The CBE Specialist (Japanese) will be responsible for reviewing documents, processing audit reports, generating certificates, and performing various administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Review documents according to Work Instructions
• Process audit report packs in CBE systems
• Generate and issue certificates
• Check submitted documents and issue invoices
• Perform administration tasks efficiently
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in back office activities
• Strong analytical skills and data management
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in back office activities
• Adept at queries and report writing
• Experience in certification and SGS CBE IT tools is desirable
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to produce clear reports
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese
• Adaptable to change and works well under pressure
• Team player with minimal supervision
