Overview

As a Working Student in Operational Excellence at Seven Senders, you will support the optimization of operational processes and contribute to enhancing efficiency within the supply chain.

In Short

• Support the creation and maintenance of real-time dashboards and reports.
• Build process automations using code/low-code/no-code tools.
• Assist with documenting workflows and best practices.
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects across the organization.
• Work 20 hours per week while enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Utilize G Suite and enhance skills with Google Apps Script.
• Explore data using SQL and contribute to performance dashboards.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively in English.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business Informatics, Data Analysis, Econometrics, or Economics.
• Strong motivation for hands-on experience in logistics.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms like Make.com or Zapier.
• Experience with SQL for data exploration and reporting.
• Ability to contribute to dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills in English.
