Working Student – Finance & Operations - Remote

Overview

As a Working Student in Finance & Operations, you’ll be an integral part of our Finance and Operations team, supporting core processes that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Expense Management, and Financial Reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

In Short

• Process and record incoming and outgoing invoices
• Manage payment cycles and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Support monthly and quarterly preparation of financial statements
• Assist in audit preparations
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain and update employee records
• Work in a fast-paced, international environment

Requirements

• Enrolled in a master's program in Business, Finance, or related field
• First practical experience in Finance is appreciated
• Strong analytical mindset
• Comfortable taking initiative
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
