Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Experience with senior scientific stakeholders in pharma.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise environments.
• High degree of ownership and reliability.
• Ability to quickly master unfamiliar domains.
• Strong judgment on prioritization and escalation.
• Experience with molecular machine learning is a plus.
• Experience in consortium or multi-party settings is advantageous.
