Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in applied AI or data systems.
• Strong experience with LLMs and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks and orchestration.
• Solid data engineering capabilities.
• Exceptional execution bias and entrepreneurial drive.
• Experience building agentic workflows in real environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Claude Code or similar.
• Strong engineering and product judgment.
• Fluent in English; German optional.
• Flexible to work across various internal teams.
