Overview

The Sales Operations & Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Global Sales Organization, focusing on Sales and Key Account Management.

In Short

• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sales Managers.
• Draft and manage contracts in Salesforce and DocuSign.
• Prepare and verify invoices for customers.
• Handle customer queries related to invoicing.
• Maintain and monitor data accuracy in Salesforce.
• Document processes in Confluence.
• Work on a fixed-term contract (1 year).
• Strong communication skills in English and German required.
• Independent and result-oriented working style.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English and German (min. B2).
