Overview

The Sales Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by providing essential operational support.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales representatives and managers to streamline processes.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems for accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze sales performance reports.
  • Manage sales documentation including proposals and agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
  • Respond to inquiries from the sales team for operational support.
  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Ensure timely completion of subscriber documentation.
  • Assist in closing tickets and solving member issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in solar or renewable energy field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Some filing and lifting required.
  • Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Travel to St. Paul office as needed.
