Overview

The O&M Monitoring and Reporting Analyst is responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring of operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and regulatory compliance. This role involves analyzing operational data, generating timely reports, identifying trends or anomalies, and supporting the maintenance team with insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in solar O&M or IT support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools.
• Experience with solar PV systems and energy storage.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA safety standards.
