• Assist in creating, analyzing, and documenting A/B test variations and results.
• Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of A/B testing workflows.
• Contribute to performance tracking by compiling reports and maintaining data visualizations.
• Translate test results into actionable design recommendations.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to optimize creatives based on insights.
• Research and assess design tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Develop structured design testing strategies and reporting frameworks.
• Organize design reviews and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in data-driven design and process optimization.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and interest in performance-driven design.
• Exposure to performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates) is a plus.
• Interest in learning data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
