Our mission is clear: enabling people to use energy sustainably, in prosperity and peace. We are now looking for a Working Student (m/w/d) to support our Customer team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into strategic innovation processes while being in direct contact with partners and our customers.

In Short

• Support the development of innovative business models that align with STABL’s long-term strategy.
• Assist in researching and analyzing market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in the energy storage and battery industries.
• Contribute to the preparation and evaluation of strategic business experiments using structured frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Strategyzer).
• Collaborate on identifying key industry challenges and opportunities, helping to translate insights into potential strategies.
• Help in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Gain exposure to strategic partnerships and industry collaborations in the battery value chain.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business model innovation, strategy, and sustainability, ideally with a focus on energy, mobility, or cleantech.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex topics and communicate them effectively.
• First experience (through studies, internships, or projects) in business development, strategy, or innovation frameworks is a plus.
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and interest in working with data.
• Fluent in English and German.
