Working Student in Finance and Accounting - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Working Student Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) to help us accelerate the energy transition with smarter, more sustainable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting, work on real projects, and contribute to a greener world!

In Short

• Invoice verification and support with invoicing.
• Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Support with asset accounting.
• Preparation of postings for monthly and annual financial statements.
• Filing, digitization, and archiving of accounting documents.
• Assistance with advance sales tax returns.
• Project support related to funding and subsidies.
• Process optimization in ERP Odoo.
• Communication with other departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Studying business administration, finance/accounting or a comparable field.
• Analytical skills and accounting fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
• Strong communication skills with a sense of business humour.
• German language skills at least B2.
• Structured thinker and detail-oriented team player.
• Valuing a high level of structure, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Enjoying work in a highly disciplinary and multicultural team.
