  • Prospecting and generating leads for the sales organization.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop outbound strategies.
  • Working with marketing and cross-functional teams to enhance inbound strategies.
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling demos.
  • Building relationships with prospects as the initial point of contact.
  • Overcoming objections effectively.
  • Managing a high volume of target accounts.
  • Identifying client needs and relaying feedback to the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in cold prospecting and meeting quotas.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Desire to advance within a sales organization.
  • Ability to build relationships and understand diverse perspectives.
  • Thrives in a learning and experimental environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
