Workforce Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Workforce Analyst specializes in the support and analysis of all areas of HR programs including compensation, benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management. They serve as liaison between the functional area and the specialized Human Resource area.

In Short

• Work closely with management to implement HR policies and processes.
• Consult with employees and managers to resolve HR issues.
• Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives.
• Assist in developing solutions for organizational development.
• Administer and communicate the company’s benefits program.
• Audit compensation and benefits policies.
• Review processes and monitor plan effectiveness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort in process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics is a plus.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in financial or human resources analysis.
