Overview

ServiceRocket is seeking a Technology Consultant to provide consulting services and implement solutions for clients, leveraging enterprise-level products and systems integration.

In Short

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements.
• Provide guidance and recommendations based on best practices.
• Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of solutions.
• Handle customer engagements and enhance relationships.
• Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions.
• Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing solutions.
• Exceptional consulting and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and holistic view across domains.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Groovy, etc.).
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles.
• Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development.
• Knowledge of multiple cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
