As a Sales and Marketing Associate at ServiceRocket, you will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide quotes, drive sales, and support customer inquiries, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.

• Achieve Atlassian Sales Specialist Accreditation.
• Assist with e-commerce sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong customer engagement skills.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to suggest and execute process improvements.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage SLAs.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience in a fast-growing software company is a bonus.
