Technical AI Program Manager, HRSD - Remote

Overview

The Technical AI Program Manager will lead initiatives focused on AI-first implementations to enhance customer adoption and experience at ServiceNow.

• Partner with product management and engineering to deliver AI-enhanced implementations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program management; 3+ years in AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience in operationalizing AI governance.
• Strong understanding of generative AI patterns and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with AI platform governance and lifecycle management.
• Prior implementation experience of enterprise solutions.
• Cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and change management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business objectives into AI strategies.
• Bachelor’s in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% annually.
