Technical Program Manager - AI - Remote

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. The mission of the Engineering TPM team is to drive Figma’s most important cross-company engineering efforts, and we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to partner with our Tech org on AI/ML-related initiatives.

In Short

• Drive development and deployment of AI features and ML platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product management teams.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to production.
• Coordinate large-scale experiments and optimize model performance.
• Oversee vendor contract management for AI solutions.
• Drive innovation and establish best practices in AI and ML.
• Work in a scrappy yet structured program management environment.
• Form effective stakeholder relationships and manage priorities.
• Experience in vendor management for ML models is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern web stacks is beneficial.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical program management experience.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in launching AI experiences.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives and product launches.
• Experience operating in ambiguity and driving programs to completion.
• Strong bias to action and self-motivation.
• Experience with automated project dashboards is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, Sinatra, and React is beneficial.
