Sr. Director, Performance Management Strategy - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to co-lead the evolution of Performance Management in partnership with our Product team. As the Sr. Director, Performance Strategy, you will shape the company-wide performance philosophy and embed it into the way work gets done — through feedback, goal setting, continuous development, and performance-based decisions.

In Short

• Define and evolve the enterprise-wide performance philosophy.
• Serve as the COE owner of performance expectations.
• Act as a thought leader for performance connection to growth and development.
• Co-lead with the Product leader on experience strategy.
• Ensure the COE perspective is represented in product discussions.
• Partner with HRBPs and People Analytics to align performance practices.
• Drive the talent review process and cadence.
• Define and track measures of success for performance philosophy adoption.
• Shape a culture of growth in performance outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in performance management or strategic HR roles.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation.
• Expertise in feedback cultures and performance design.
• Strong analytical thinking and executive presence.
• Experience integrating AI into performance practices.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
