As the Director, Strategic Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about providing the best customer experience while being innovative and resourceful.

• Conduct consumer research to enhance customer journey.
• Manage execution of Site Optimization Roadmap.
• Define mock-ups with UI/UX for customer journey improvements.
• Mentor Product Owners and Junior Product Managers.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience.
• Experience with A/B testing and customer journey mapping.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building skills.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Background in Continuous Improvement or E-commerce.
