Content Writer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll create and optimize content that supports the HSA customer journey — from awareness to conversion to advocacy — while contributing to content strategies for our TPA partners and eCommerce customers.

In Short

• Write and edit content guiding consumers through the HSA experience.
• Support partner-facing content needs including toolkits and educational materials.
• Contribute to eCommerce content strategy by writing product copy and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for consistent tone and voice.
• Map and improve content across key moments in the HSA customer lifecycle.
• Stay updated on healthcare benefit trends and translate complex terms.
• Maintain and update content in CMS and support ongoing SEO optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience writing for digital channels, ideally in B2C, health, finance, or eCommerce.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Curiosity about consumer mindset and ability to create informative content.
• Interest in healthcare or financial wellness is a plus.
• Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing, or SEO is a bonus.

• Compensation: $50,000 - 70,000
• Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
