Overview

The Senior Technical Writer will work closely with engineering and product management to create and maintain user-focused technical documentation, contributing to the content strategy and processes at ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical communication.

• Leadership skills to mentor and guide teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear communication of complex ideas.
