In Short

• We’re looking for a technical writer to contribute to documentation for our Bridge CLI client and the associated plug-ins.
• The Bridge documentation team explains to customers how to put software testing into continuous integration pipelines.
• Team members must know how to set up pipelines in GitHub, GitLab, Azure, and Jenkins.
• At least five years as a technical writer is required.
• Experience with at least one programming language is necessary.
• Comfortable in the command-line or familiar with Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with source control with Git and GitLab.
• Knowledge of automation workflows/pipelines on GitHub, GitLab, Azure, or Jenkins.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SaaS-based integrated product documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience with application security software.
• Experience with open-source libraries.
• Experience with API documentation.
• Familiarity with Zoomin documentation portal.
• Experience working with DITA.
