In Short

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and business technology projects.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Product, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Create and manage integrated project plans and budgets.
• Lead Agile and hybrid project teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical projects.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
