IT Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This client facing position is responsible for following project management processes and procedures for medium to large scale IT projects. This includes gathering project teams, identifying needed resources, managing responsibilities, and developing requirements necessary for successful project completion.

In Short

• Become a key point of contact for customers during all project engagements.
• Set expectations and drive projects to conclusion with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage medium to large scale IT Infrastructure projects using strong facilitation skills.
• Develop project scope of work, objectives, detailed work plans, and status reports.
• Manage project plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts continuously.
• Manage all project resources, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Commission and decommission of IT software.
• Track key project milestones and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Promote momentum and enthusiasm within the project team.
• Oversee financial controls of IT budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• 1-5 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile project management is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work under minimal direction.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects across multiple locations.
• Experience with Office 365 and Excel.
• Familiarity with Clarity software is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
