IT Project Manager - Remote

Overview

At Bridge, we are transforming healthcare with our patient engagement platform. We’re excited to bring a new Project Manager onto our remote team to ensure our projects run smoothly and drive forward our innovative initiatives.

In Short

• Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS product to conduct demos and guide clients.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on requirements gathering and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and identify additional value opportunities.
• Assist in creating proposals and support business development efforts.
• Prepare closure reports and analyze project outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Over 4 years in IT project management, preferably in software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized in maintaining project documentation.
• Proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experienced with JIRA or similar platforms.
• Skilled in Gantt charts and technical documentation.
