In Short

• Lead and manage a software development team for application modernization.
• Deploy applications to AWS GovCloud using CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as scrum master and facilitate daily stand-ups.
• Develop and maintain project plans/schedules in GitLab.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Regularly report project progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers.
• Conduct planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience in DoD software development is beneficial.
• Full-time remote position.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience managing agile development teams.
• Knowledge of AWS, preferably GovCloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to track and manage project performance.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Familiarity with DoD environments.
• Ability to facilitate meetings across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
