In Short

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
Create requirements and communicate them to development team
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Contribute to knowledge sharing by communicating expertise and professional mindset with colleagues

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in IT project management within a software development company, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role
Knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices
Strong analytical and research skills
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team members
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in Lithuanian and English
